Beyondr (beyondr.org) is an AI-powered spiritual platform. Drawing from wisdom across 90+ spiritual traditions, we offer AI spiritual counsel and a unified scripture library.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Important Disclaimers

Beyondr is not a substitute for professional therapy or counseling.

AI Counsel is NOT:

·Religious authority or official doctrine

·Legal or financial advice

Account and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must sign in with a Google account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.

Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited:

·Impersonating others or providing false information

·Using the service for malicious purposes

·Attempting to bypass system or security measures

·Abusing the service through automated tools

·Collecting or scraping others' personal information

·Creating or spreading illegal or harmful content

Content Rights

Scripture and Wisdom Content

Beyondr's unified scripture is a creative synthesis generated by AI from public domain or fair use materials. Rights to original sacred texts belong to their respective traditions.

User-Generated Content

Conversation messages you input belong to you. However, they may be processed to provide and improve AI services (see Privacy Policy).

Service Content

Subscription and Payment

Plans

·Free Plan: 10 conversations/week, full scripture library, 5 TTS/day

·Premium Plan: $9.90/month or $69/year (save ~42%)

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Polar.sh. Credit card information is managed by Polar.sh and is never stored on Beyondr servers.

Renewal and Cancellation

·Subscriptions auto-renew

·You can cancel anytime

·After cancellation, access continues until the end of your billing period

Refund Policy

·A 7-day free trial is available before the first charge

·Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment

·Partial monthly refunds are not provided

Service Availability

Beyondr does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to:

·Server maintenance and updates

·Unexpected technical issues

·Third-party service outages (Anthropic, Supabase, etc.)

We do not offer compensation for outages or provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Account Termination

Termination by You

You can request account deletion at any time. Contact us at [email protected] and we will process it within 30 days.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if:

·You violate these Terms of Service

·You use the service illegally

·You cause harm to others

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

·Beyondr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

·We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI responses

·We are not responsible for your spiritual, mental, or psychological outcomes

·Our total liability does not exceed the amount you actually paid in the past 12 months

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, we first attempt resolution by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

If we change these terms, we will notify you by email or in-service notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
